Brackets

Antweight (1 lb), Fleaweight (150 g), and Plastic Ant (1 lb) fights. 8 robot entry limit per class. The event will be modified double-elimination unless there are 4 or fewer robots in which it will be round-robin. In the event of full registration, teams may be limited to one robot per driver.

If you are competing, register for the event through the registration system. If you aren't registered, then your spot might be taken. Accepting the Facebook Event invitation does not count as registering a robot.

Entry is free for competitors and spectators. Come and check out other heavyweight combat robots in the nearby area as well as the other great activies of the Rocklin Mini Maker Faire.

Rules are standard SPARC rules with the following exceptions:

  • Judging guidelines based on RoboGames rule set (5 points aggression, 6 points damage).
  • Aggression includes attacking with an active weapon. Lacking an active weapon, avoiding the use of an active weapon, or excessive pinning may result in fewer aggression points.
  • Pinning is limited to 5 seconds.

Bot'Geddon is a Sacramento-based organization that specializes in STEM outreach through the engaging robot combat events. It has hosted multiple events at the Rocklin Mini Maker Faire held at Sierra College.
